There is a speed limit of 70 KM/h(+-44mp/h), otherwhise it would get too dangerous......

(Some of theese tractors would make more than 130 KM/h(+-80 mp/h) without a problem)

I have seen some amazing Photoshop work done of composite pictures of downtown areas of fictional cities with a combination of real buildings around the world and fictitious buildings. I would like to know how to make a half-way believable picture using a composite of Seattle, Bellevue, City Life, Cities XL, and SimCity 4 buildings for my fictional Cities XL Journal.
