Gah, personally, I don't like rap at all. Give me some good old Rock 'n Roll from the 60s, 70s, and 80s. Some 90s I like too, but most of the newer music I like tends to be new things by older bands. Buckcherry might be the youngest band I like, although I could very easily be forgetting many bands. I guess I just listen to stuff  I like, simple as that.

Cheap Trick is still my favourite band anyways, perhaps I should make my username reflect that..oh wait, it does! 3.gif

I knew Larks would get on me for not knowing some of those. As much as I like rap... I prefer hip-hop. Then again, I'm always a fan of rock n roll first. But I like all types of music really.

I like everything does not make me depressed/very sad. That means everything except some forms of rock and country. Some forms of club/rave/electronic music hurt my ears and give me headaches.

Ocram's Razor: Though "more things shouldn't be used than are necessary," they're just too fun to pass up! Expect many verbose arguments from me. I will try to write abstracts before or short summaries after from now on.

As I said before, I will listen to almost anything, but my old favourite (classical) seems to be giving way to pop. I still like some classical, though, I just don't listen to it as much as I used to.

ilikeseattle: Pretty much the same for me - it can't be depressing music.

Larks: Classics, you say?

Pachelbel's Canon in D Major, performed by the London Symphony Orchestra.

To search for the ideal city today is useless. For all cities are different. Each one has its own spirit, its own problems, and its own pattern of life. As long as the city lives, these aspects continue to change. Thus to look for the ideal city is not only a waste of time but may be seriously detrimental. In fact, the concept is obsolete; there is no such thing.

Nope. Never heard that before.

I'd link you some Total Devastation (circa 1993) but it's not ST friendly. You should check it out. Particularly, the song "Fat Blunt Caper."

What I was just doing:

Almost beat Maverick Hunter X on Hard mode. Failed in an epically pratfallish way: I got careless and forgot to pay attention to my health meter, dying to the final boss when I had four Sub-Tanks* still ready to go. And now my thumb hurts (second to last boss requires a lot of button mashing and as stated before, PSP is awful on the ergonomics), so I'm not going to be taking another shot at it tonight. Grr.  It's on now! That game is going down tomorrow!

I always baffled myself at how hard I would press buttons with my thumb while playing video games. The button has a maximum depression point and ridiculous amounts of pressure aren't needed to get it there. Nonetheless, I end up with sore thumbs.

@Astro: Doesn't everyone love Pachelbel's Canon in D? Well almost everyone... I bought a Pachelbel cd at a Circuit City once and the guy who rang me up made fun of me for it. He was like, "What's this called? Taco Bell? Whatever , man."

What a fool.

Edit: Only 10 behind un by my count!

My save is at the beginning of the last level (which is basically nothing more than the final three boss fights)... the last spot you can save before clearing the game.

I do not really care for Canon in D major any more (very bored of it, class of 2010) even though I have had that in my library for over 2 years.

I like the band and soul music of the 20th century and I just discovered this retro-styled masterpiece:

You know, sometimes dances and music from two entirely different eras work perfectly together. Charleston to Daft Punk, anyone?

I'll sleep when I finish the sketch, or when I get tired enough to stop. Which should be soon.

Kingdom Hearts 2, I assume. I will have to wait until I get home before I can watch that video. The College's WiFi is rather slow (plus there is a rule against excessive network usage).
