I have to say that I am very honoured that the fake trixie fairy chose 1968.

When Apollo 8 circled the moon 10 times at Christmas... I was 6 weeks old.

Trixies must be really close now. Duke, our resident archivist has pulled all the fake trixies which means that they are almost here. But they might be held over to christmas ( barring site outtages). Anyway i cant wait, i feel like an idiot in supsense right about now.

And I woke up late because I stayed up to like 12PM AM doing stuff. Including finishing my homework so that I wouldn't have to do it over the rest of break.

Well, most of the bogus awards in '07 were tagged as from 1995. Most of them in '08 were yearless. 1968 would seem to be the absurd year of choice this time around... although the pair of '03 medals are making things a bit different.

Also, in previous years, bogus awards often accompanied an icon containing (and thus revealing) the new color scheme. All of the bogus awards so far this year have been "hidden".

I'm scared. Actually, nah, I only joined this year so my first Trixie Season for me. I wonder if I might get one this year.

The year 1968 to me, well I wasn't there, but in them music world, my 3rd favourite album "Wheels of Fire" was released by Cream. Not to mention Woodstock '68, and another favourite album of mine, "Electric Ladyland" by Jimi Hendrix. I forgot what Beatles album/s was/were released that year.

Looking forward to the results, must be getting close now.
