Fort Cambridge, Florida

The capital of the Orange Belt and the third largest city in the United States,

Fort Cambridge is a bustling metropolis filled with urban neighborhoods, beautiful

coastlines, and scenic lakes and forests.

Major Cities

The Metropolitian area hosts a wide array of large cities, including Fort Cambridge (3,500,000), Lakeside (1,650,000), Florida City (150,000), Power City (112,000) and Tallalaea (104,000)

Counties

The metropolitian area consists of five counties:

Meldon County,

the largest, is one of the nations most populated counties and is home to two cities over 1,000,000.

Corretzione County, the second largest, is the nations most prominent Italian-American cultural center.

Haiti County, the third largest, is a major industrial and economical center to the metropolitian area.

Gulf County, the fourth largest, is known for it's status as a county of many upper class suburbs and towns.

Sherman McLeod County, also called McLeod, the smallest, is home to rural sprawl and is one of the largest agricultural counties in Florida.

    Thanks everyone! Didn't expect it to be so popular so quickly

    As for the hills, it is infact northwest of Orlando. It is meant to be in the Horseshoe Beach area along the Gulf of Mexico. Most of my inspiration for the less dense areas come from the Clermont area in Lake County, as that's where I stayed during my vacation to Florida. I am planning for the terrain to have alot of variety, however. Most of the more southern cities will have a swampy, hilled terrain; while the northern cities (closer to Downtown) will have a mostly flat terrain with some dips and hills every few square miles. Nonetheless, all are filled with many lakes and winding rivers 44.gif

    Kryptowhite: Those are SimFox's Mayor Mode trees. They are a pain to fill the city tile with but the end result is great in my opinion

    The Okra Trail

    Haiti County, Florida

    The Okra Trail is a 4 mile strech from Melvin to Patolas Townships in Haiti County. It has significant industrial presence and runs through some of the more important places in Haiti County.


    Turcott, Florida

    Population: 893 - Area: 0.14 sq mi - Postal Code: 36221 - County: Haiti

    Turcott is the county seat of Haiti County, and one of the major stops along State Road 4116.

    Population: 6,532 - Area: 4.6 sq mi - Postal Code: 36978 - County: Haiti

    Once a peaceful, farming town in the 1940s, Lake Hillicoln has experienced rapid urban development in the past 5 years. Many farmers have sold off their land and left their barns defunct. The community has experienced overpopulation, and is requesting incorporation in order to independantly build roads and schools for the citizens.

    Population: 18,027 - Area: 6.3 sq mi - Postal Code: 36979, 36980, 36981 - County: Haiti

    Sullivan is known widely as the beginning of the suburbs. It is a small city with basically all possible economical connections.

    nice but I dont see any Waffle Houses, can't be a southern city w/o Waffle Houses, (use the buildingplop cheat and its under the SG's). seem's very nice, I especilly like the street names and adresses.


    I got a CJ, Waterbridge, i'm not a hyperlink expert but search it and it should come up :)

    Surrey Island City, Florida

    Population: 153,885 - Area: 893.6 sq mi - Postal Code: 36980-36995 - County: Six counties

    Surrey is an island city 40 miles off of the coast of Fort Cambridge. It is sparsely populated, with 62% of it's population living in small isolated settlements. It is divided into six boroughs in the same manner as New York City. Three boroughs are towns within the city: Cape Corbin (Cape County), Lexington (Rockland County) and Port Berkley (Greene Bay County). The other three, West Surrey (Windmill County), North Surrey (Sweeney County) and South Surrey (Manila County) are regional The island is also known for having conflicting wealth and poverty levels. In most of the island, wealth is abundant. In some parts however, it is hard to come by.

    Borough of Lexington (Rockland County), Surrey Island City, Florida

    Population: 12,183 - Area: 7.9 sq mi

    Lexington is a wealthy borough along the King George River. It is also the location of Surrey's City Hall. Denser development has been occuring since 1976, filling in many of the former small town open spaces that Lexington possessed all throughout it's history.

    Settlement of La Varrio, Borough of South Surrey (Manila County), Surrey Island City, Florida

    Population: 1,604 - Area: 0.3 sq mi

    La Varrio is one of the larger settlements in South Surrey. It is also very densely populated and there is a poverty rate of 1 out of 3 persons. Nonetheless, it is an evolving community that people are happy with. The roads are planned to be paved by 2012 and the Main Street project is under way constructing new business in the town. It is also the county seat of Manila County, better known as the borough of South Surrey.

    The per capita income is $9,125 and the household income is $18,250; the second lowest in Surrey Island.
