EDIT:'MS Paint' was in my computer it was not in the menu it is suppose to be. But I found it and put it in a folder were I can get to it.

Because you can't upload PNGs at ImgCity, and converting it to anything else would result in image quality loss.

 

I don't see what the big deal is, though... It loads fine, it's not like it slows the page down...

Actually, you CAN upload PNGs at ImgCity.

Image Types Allowed : bmp, gif, jpg, jpeg, pcx, png, tiff, swf, tga, psd, pxr
Maximum Image Size : 2MB
Current Engine Version : Dudy Fix 2.4 + Katzo Feature Pack 1.4

-i'm using these:

*Starskin: which changes the colour and style of the XP shell.
*Sysmetrix: which puts all that realtime info on my desktop; weather, network traffic, RAM, etc

...and the rest is just an EVE Online desktop and some funky icons i found. it's a real low-tech solution, but i have a very adversarial relationship to applications like WindowBlinds that change things all at once.
