Not bad but you really should turn off the grid (just press "G" 2.gif)  before taking pictures ...

And the river bed is a bit empty, could need some nice rocks etc.

Some teaser of one of the upcoming updates in my CJ

Enjoy!

    @FishermanIvan:

    Nice River. Nice use of the TPW but the shores could use a bit more variety. Well, they are the hardest part actually ...

    You might use some other trees, too. PEG's pice tree cluster is nice but becomes boring rather fast. You might try Girafe's pine trees from SC4D together with c.p. pice trees. Have a look ar my forests in my CJ and you'll see the difference! 2.gif

    @joshriddle:

    Feel free to do so, Maxis water is water, too! 2.gif

     Well, here's another one from me, actually same map, same area but from a higher zoom level. Have fun:

    Doesn't it though?! 41.gif

    Here is one from my latest session. I didn't show the entire area I wanted to show... I haven't quite completed the redwood forest. Keep in mind this is Maxis water. Who needs ploppable water? 2.gif

    @TekindusT: Almost. 1.gif As I am living in exile the backyard is my home country that lives in my heart ... homesickness make one creative with this game ...

    @joshriddle(1): Nice one. Like the shores. 1.gif But you should work on these Redwoods. I guess you use Tree Controller tress (i.e. God Mode Trees). Ever thought of downloading Girafe's pine trees at SC4Devotion and try Mayor Mode forests? You can see the difference it makes in my CJ ... 2.gif Drawback: it is extremely time consuming ...

    @Muck308: Not bad. Also my advice to download and use some Mayor Mode trees! 2.gif

    @joshriddle(2): Not bad, too! Peg's Stream Kit is a bit outdated though, but you really try to sue PW - it will add a lot to your pics (and decrease your work speed ...)

    Ok, another one from my latest update:

    Amazing work Nardo....you are a big inspiration to me for rural CJing. I have no idea where you get half of your content, but it amazes me! This is my first river actually, so please feel free to critique or point my towards any better content.

    Something simple for a change - no ploppable water, no spectacular dams, no waterfalls or rapids... just a boring, unimportant bridge that carries some boring, unimportant main road over a boring , unimportant river somewhere out in the suburbs (which are equally boring and unimportant, in case you didn't guess). 2.gif
