Wierd Clinic Glitch

This is a very minor glitch in my game, and it doesn't really affect the gameplay, however I believe it still deserves to see the light of day. Ocasionally, a message will pop up saying things about this clinic is horribly overcrowded and how it hurts her eyes to see such horrors etc., etc. When I pull up the link to find said clinic and raise the funding, the clinic is OVERfunded, having about a 40 person capacity over the actual usage. This has happened several times, including before I installed the NAM (my only mod) onto my Deluxe version. As I said, it doesn't really hurt the gameplay, but it still gets annoying. Anyone else have this glitch? Thanks

Well...just build another clinic.

I have this same problem too. Very annoying in a large city.   At first I went over all clinics to find the underfunded one, but it was too time consuming. Now I just wait untill they go on strike, because that "link" works.

If you have a very big city, you can find all the informations about services (hospital, police, schools,...) in the budget menu. If you click on istruction, you'll see a list of all of your schools. Near the type of school, you can find two numbers. They are the total capacity and how much is used, you can also modify the bodget of single school.

Try also to remove advisors with the ceck in the video (I'm not sure) settings menu.

What is better is, upgrade those clinics into a Hospital...

Upgrading: Demolish the clinic and plop the hospital.
