Problems with Capacities and Roads...

Basically I noticed I have to spam so many hospitals and schools everywhere just to barely meet what the sims want and I can't find a mod anywhere on the STEX that increases the capacity and was wondering if one existed ?

Also there is a mod somewhere on this site that allows you to plop a thing on roads that limits certain traffic like not having cars down a road, wanted to use it to stop trucks so my industry could use my frieght stations I made...

I don't think there is, but if you want to free up roads for commuters, try to run rail lines along your industrial zones. I find that works better than freight stations because the industries have direct access to the railroad. Hope this helps.

Take alook on the STEX for custom civic buildings.

Memorial Hosptial is a pretty good high cap/realistic hospital imo.

Also look for the road blocker lots which block certain types of traffic.
