A center piece of the economy is the Medical Center Research Complex.

Great update! I love the english rowhomes, and the Medical Center Research Complex is situated very well in that green park area, together with the fountain. Great work!

The South Bay city of Southbridge continues to attract new residents with it's many beautiful views of the bay and easy commute into Halifax.

One of the newer developments is Baily's Bluff, a mixed use development of single family homes, townhouses and offices.

One new business has caused a bit of a stir in the surrounding neighborhoods. Hooters newest outlet is both popular and controversial and city hall has received numerous complaints asking for their license to be revoked. 

 

The water front is also experiencing a growth spurt with this condo and marina development next to the ferry terminal.

The department of motor vehicles has established their regional planning and engineering offices just across the harbor in Brandon. The unique design at the mouth of the Irongate Tunnel sits astride the freeway. Soon to come will be a large construction and maintenance facility at the sight.

The southern suburbs are definitely a hot location for new residents. Condo's are going up a record rates.

Jamestown is located across from the southern tip of Halifax Island and is a major transportation hub. It climbs up the Inland Mountain Range foothill and has extensive wall and tunnel work

Very nice highways.I like all the tunnels and such.The buildings also look good even thought they are R$.I really like the terraforming aswell.Glad to see another good update!
