Using the Game Exeptions in Sc4

hi eveyone, 

when i got the extra Cheats mod, i noticed in the readme there wasn't an idea to what the CreateExeption cheat. i know a little about C# and C++ that something can be done with this cheat. so what im really trying to ask is if anyone knows how to make a 3D exeption so that we can see (and play) the cities in SC4 in land view?

What do you mean by "land view"?

example, in city life, you can zoom all the way in until you can see the city from a "person Like"

view.

or in SCS where you can unlock the viewing system so you can move the camera to any angle or perspective you want.

That would be nice, but it's just not possible.

Ummm... "create exception" is a cheat that basically crashes the game. And anyway, even if you could somehow unlock the camera(not possible) everything would look horrible because most buildings are simply textured cubes(with the texturing corrspeonding to the angle.)
