Experimental City Journal Preparations : Developing Internations

I am amazed about the great work everybody has done. I can only hope my own addition to the cj will be worthy enough. I know I will make it before November 15th, at least part of my Region. I have to admit I was a bit scared I would be out because of my involuntairy absence the last six weeks.

 

Fortunately I have my computer and the connection up and running again and will hurry to catch-up with rest of you lot.

I have a suggestion: why don't you prepare your update in advance already, post it before 15th Nov to the other site (we will use it as repository of material), and somebody can make your first update. What do you think about this?

Like I said before, I've missed seeing updates to a Fredval city.  Cities of yours always had a certain flair that I really appreciated and enjoyed discovering as you presented them for the rest of us to see!

Hello There all IMNOR CJ Preparation Readers!

Well, yesterday I had some problems with my SC4 Game, some virus has attacked my PC, and I had to reinstall SC4 + RH, but The first installation of SC4 was OK, but When I tried to install SC4 RH exp. pack something weird happened, and I cannot instll it... So until I get a new rush hour game, There will be no updates here, and in MONK too...

As for myself, I am working day and night (lol) to complete the first view upon Arcazzio... The first real thing of it you can see is my banner is the signature....Sloppet it is now better I guess

 

I also made a newspaper, members can see this on the other forums. And about the starting date how fa was the discussion??? I know we became independent around 1975 but when does the CJ start in 1990? (that's maybe more ehh interesting for readers then we could have had our first meeting in San Martino and the beginning of a booming economical time with lots of developments...) And every two reallife months are one Istrinian year??

Well, that was nice to see that still some of us are around. I really started to wonder. Now.......

 

I need to know the year of the region, the year that we start. Is it 1975 or 1980? Never really got a confirmation on that.

Then Micke, you were supposed to send me two pics of where the first meeting of the Istrinian region was held? (was it your Capitol City? I need a shot of the city and one of the building)....never received them and without them, I cannot be ready for tomorrow.

Then,.....I will throw in my introduction story when?, after who....??  That also was never really confirmed.

Could someone please pm me these details?

petriknl: without you, my brother, I would never had the guts to contact all these people in our group, and you beating me with your ideas was extremely fruitful - our co-operation has turned into a friendship in the past months.

mrbisonm: this is a man who has been my idol for the past 2.5 years - and he got interested in our idea, contrary to my expectations. Also, he is a man of reason, questioning our (sometimes motley) crew. And last but not least - watch out his magnificent storyline!

 

fredval: Fred is unbeatable city maker, who promised to make a poor country. But is beauty poverty? I don't think so - it is left for you all to decide.

 

Alkaola: from the many MSN's that we have exchanged, I have noticed that you are someone of big ambitions, with his heart in its place. I am impatiently waiting your weather maps and updates.

 

NicolaiS: having a life AND Simtropolis is sometimes difficult, but you have made it - along with your beautiful creations that I have seen.

 

Sloppet: you deserve a big big thank you in providing us the webforum in the early stages of our planning.

 

Pikatchoum: Your cities make me in awe each time that I have looked at them; en plus, tu te debrouille bien en anglais aussi

 

Simmania: I can expect a beautiful presentation style from all the pictures that you have procuded so far. Watch out this guy, he is impeccable with Photoshop!

 

kekus74: you were one of the latest joiners to our team, but I am sure that you will do just fine - and with problems in English, you can check with the rest of us francophones (there are 6 of us altogether out of 11).

 

peng74: last but not least, peng74 has showed incredible team spirit from early stages on (he joined in mid August along with kekus74 and sloppet), that he actually should be co-ordinating this project, instead of me...
