Let's start...

Superhighway 1 is getting a new look.

Also on the intersection of Regional Highway 7 and Regional Highway 1. people are complaining of too many accidents and TOO many traffic delays. Those 2 regional highways were meant to be just a Tourist highway but some how commuters have taken control of those two roads. This new changes are still in progress and the City hall had to make a quick thinking on this big issue because the 2 of the 3 engineers were on vacation.

Also this is a new overpass "WITHOUT NAME" that was built over the Regional 7 Highway.

Wow, this looks good. I like the flora around your cities, and the thought you put into labeling your highways. Do you have some sort of shield for the different types? 
A suggestion though....you should get a slope mod if you don't already have one, it helps to make your networks more realistic. And you can get light masts that sit in the middle of RHW-6C here: https://www.simtropolis.com/stex/index.cfm?id=21131  so you son't have to make a RHW-6S. 
Otherwise I have no complaints. Keep it up!

Mayor's Third New House.... Man!! This guy is freaking rich, 3 mansions in 3 different cities but all of them have the same design? LOL. He should really hire a new architecture. well at least the landscape around the house looks good.

Ruwar County Fifth Update

Gardens City Suburbs

Extra Extra....

Mayor's Third House at the Suburbs is bringing all the Big CEO's to build their Mansions and Estates far away from the already Populated Areas.

There are some of them that want to live very far far away from the Downtown and maybe they also like to have a better view of the City.

and There are others that just want to take the Land or our pops and moms...

After a lot of cash was Dumped in the Mayor's pocket and none was given to the farmers. The Most Controversial Construction project of the LAS VILLAS ESTATES begun:

Also the Expansion of Glades Avenue to Regional 7 was a MUST due to the better connection between LAS VILLAS ESTATES, GREEN VIEW ACRES and The Shopping District.

Here is a view of Green View Acres (yes YET another CEO's Community):

Now let's leave the CEO's for a moment and let's go to downtown were yet another Controversial Project is in process...

This is the end of Martrick Avenue but on the right side of the picture you will see a 90 degree curve which is Regional 7. The Project consist in expanding Martrick Ave and eliminate the curve and make an overpass thus traffic at Regional 7 with Martrick avenue will have a better flow of traffic in the future. You my friend might ask yourself Why is this so Controversial? well as you can see there is a MANSION right in the path of the Project. MR. Bromaloski (owner of the mansion) asked the County and the City to give him the control of all the territory next to LAS VILLAS ESTATES. This would probably mean 2 things: NEW CONSTRUCTIONS or NEW FARMS. The mayor couldn't say no because this was a project that have to be done due to the excessive amount of traffic on the other roads.

Construction begins:

After 2 months of intensive work the Expansion of Martrick Avenue concludes. Here is how it looks now:

Also the New Regional 7 Overpass was finished and name after MR. Bromaloski.

Here is OH LA LA Road with Regional 7. This road was re-routed and re-name.

After: Now It is OH LA LA Drive and you can also see how traffic improve the look of mini- downtown area.

You know, you can't give up because of a lack of replies. Your CJ hasn't been out long, and people are still discovering it. Besides, sometimes you're going to not have a lot of replies anyway, depending on whether it's a slow day or such. Just keep going, and I'm sure people will catch on within time.

Sixth Update

Do you Guys remember Mr Bromaloski??

On my last update he had to sell his property to the city so they could build Martrick ave. Well time went by and now Mr. Bromaloski is One of the Real States Kings actually he is the only one so far.

Here is a picture of his new House on the new neighborhood call Bromaloski Ridge.

That day he had an important meeting with the mayor about a new road expansion to the hills and another massive housing project. This is him going to the meeting but he didn't expect to see a lot of traffic.

That's him exiting the highway and listing to some tunes *highway to hell by AC/DC*

He couldn't go without taking a little present to the mayor so he stopped at the Cow Market.

This is Mr. Bromaloski and the Mayor leaving the mayor's house after the meeting.

the very next day the construction begins and Mr. bromaloski was there to check on the grounds for development.

Here is an overview of the area.

After a hard day at work. Mr Bromaloski stop at the taco shop on Hillside Road. He was so hungry!!!

The next day very early in the morning he was pick up by one of his choppers due to the heavy traffic.

He started the new search for his new Dream. That's him at 5 AM looking for the right place.

After many hours of search. He found the right spot for his new High wealth residential project.

How will this turn out for Mr. Bromaloski?

How did he get away with building at a location that he wasn't giving to built?

Will he ever kick out the farmers near las Villas estates or he will let them stay?

and Why did he own one of the Police choppers?

all these questions and more will be answer on the next update.

Ikea stores are booming but somehow Nobody likes to buy at Circuit City? Why? 70% OFF on EVERYTHING!! GO!!

I guess rich people think that Electronic stores are just a thing of the past....

Bed Bath and Beyond, Blockbuster, Pussy Cleaners and Kelly's Escort?? How convenient...

Wow that Best Buy store sure looks busy.... Will they have a 90% off on Everything? i wonder....

Chocolate Store, Old Denny's Restaurant and Rio's Pizza = 3465 Calories = watching at weight scale = Priceless

WOW... this is some awsome work!!! I love your use of ponds throughout the area, they look very nice!!! Woah... how long did it take you to plant that grass on that hill side lol... looks like it took a good hour (defiantly worth the work though, looks great)!!! Anyway awsome work, Love the residential areas aswell as the High-Rise areas and very much looking forward to more!!!

Wow, the last picture looks really impressing! I like how your use of roundabouts and I also like what you've done with Cliffton Lake - it looks very scenic.

All those shops next to the avenue fit very good next to each other.
