Here is Murreay an unincorperated area that has a a large lake and two rivers. sims from all over come to Murreay to fish and relax. Recently a group of sims have decided to create a town because of the crisp clean air and many trees.

thanks for visiting. i hope you checked out the lake.

about a year has past and not much has happened in Murreay. a small amount of development has happend to the north of the town but the demand for housing in the area is very high. taxes are low and the commute time is virtually non exisitent. population 783

If you add a hotel I'll visit again but for now my tent is ripped so I can't camp out like before. Mabey you can add a park to those Peg parks will go really well with the rustic look you have! And hey maybe you would like to make a trade alliance we have exelent live stalk spanning from alchahol to fruits and vegitables to herbals. our fishing industrie is on the spur too! so if youd like to join the trade union alliance just tell me thank you! Oh and don't forgget to tell me when theres a hotel. Ps I'll be skiing so you'll have atleast a while to develope mkay mkay.

thanks for all of your comments! also Danielcote if you want i can build you a summer home right next to the canal.

about 7 months have past since the last update and we can see that the town has doubled in size. this time of the year is very popular because certain sims love to watch the trees change colors

while others just love the fresh country air. Also taxes were recently reduced to 5% on low wealth residential which is bringing a lot of demand for housing in the area. Population 1,943

about 3 months has past and development has happened more along the left side of the canal. also the sims are building much larger homes now knowing that some people like to visit but don't want to live in town. Most of the townsflok are actually willing to share there homes with traveling Sims. in this pic you will see a more close up of the new development. Population 3,600

Great CJ! Might I recommend PEG's rural kit. Just 5x5 or smaller to bigger. They could go well with your rural village. Also, a new terrian texture wouldn't hurt.
