help my buildings keep going on fire......

my buildings keep going on fire not like a disaster fire but once my buildings r built a couple mins later they just turn black and stuff like agrey overlay or somethings can someone help me please!!

Wow it is really hard to read when you type like that.

Anyway, make sure that your buildings have plenty of water. A good water supply should prevent your buildings from losing quality. You may also want to use This Mod, make sure you install only one of the .dat files.

The black overlay textures aren't there because of a fire...the building becomes abandoned, and there are several reasons...

Like swat-medic said make sure the building has water and it must have power also. People tend to abandon buildings because they couldn't find a job near them. You should zone for commercial or industrial near your residential zones so sims will have jobs.

If a building abandons, it raises chance for the arson crime.

Also make sure you have fire station coverage over all your buildings, they dont tend to go on fire then unless abandoned and high crime is present.

1:

make sure your water system is good.

get fire stations.

and reduce abandoned buildings.

I have had this kind of problem too , its mainly because of the low water funding.
