Re/installation question

Does uninstalling and then installing SC4 delete your plugins folder? I know it doesnt delete your region but does it delete the plugins?

I think it deletes the mydocuments plugins folder, but not the other one. I could have it reversed though.

When you uninstall the game, it will give you the option to leave the custom content, which would include the My Documents\SimCity 4 folder, and subfolders.
