Networkaddon prob

Hello I recently downloaded and installed the networkaddon and when I started to play with one of my old cities I started to have big problems, there was a drop in all transport uses except for sub and when a fire started the advisors says the firetrucks cannot reach the fire because there are not roads, I also noted that there was a decline in the education status, any ideas on why this happened??

What settings did you use? What was the state of the city previously?

It seems that I had to change the plugging options for left side driving, now the traffic seems to be working properly, but after playing for some minutes I notice another problem, the traffic in the streets, the people and trains disappeared.>>

They do that sometimes, cars will dissapear in the middle of the road. This is because they have reached their destination, and the simulator has no more use for them, and it doesn't want to compute parking animations.

No I mean that there are literally no cars or ppl walking in the strets or trains, I can make the cars appear if I go to the manual driving option, but not the ppl.

Make sure all of your settings are on high.

I was just reading this and i don't really have the same problem but i want to know where you change the Left side driving thingy. is it maybe a mod that ive downloaded.

And everytime i use the Udrive I can not cross railroad or go near them because the the Udrive mod close. Any ideas of how to fix this?
