This is an area in Brooklyn Hills that my friend built when I left the games running...I was so crap that I demolished half of it and had to sort it all out. Now it is actually quite a nice place!

Update: Golden Pine Meadows...

The eastern section of Fontana, has some nice parks, but the housing degrades on the eastern side of the Cross Borough Expressway...

Bramwell is one of the many endless sprawling areas in Winslow...not much going on here apart from houses...

Rosedale is a med wealth area in south New Washington which is very low density...

Rosewood, the Winslow suburban area...

Winslow and Ocean Hill road junction remodeling...

After extreme congestion on Ocean Boulevard, the road that links the two areas together, it was decided that Ocean Boulevard needed to be doubled in width. This mean that a number of buildings had to be demolished, but this was not much of an issue as the area in general needed to be redeveloped...

Ocean Hill junction, 19th Avenue comes in to join Ocean Boulevard and then continues north into Portersville...

Winslow junction, this also features a flyover for 21 Avenue to run over so the cars on that road do not increase the congestion...

Nice. Very sprawly indeed--the dense suburb areas are crammed in there just like southern connecticut (or northern new jersey... or southern new york... or im sure tons of other places in the northeast too LOL). Keep up the good work!

I'm not really sure what to show in this update, Bellerose County doesn't really have that much to add, so these screen shots will mainly be of areas that I have redeveloped and improved...

Update:

First is a region update...

Rockdale is the expansion of East Fontana on the border with Brooklyn Hills!

Buckingham (Northern New Washington) has been a relatively lightly populated location. Not long ago the population was 17,548. Now due to increased demand, the population stands at 25,871. The increase happened in only 3 sim years!

With the expansion in Northern New Washington and East Fontana it was decided that the subway / el lines would be extended to accommodate the extra usage! Even though Fontana is actually a separate city to New Washington, most of the residents commute to New Washington rather than Fontana Springs...so the subway lines link to the old Cross Island Line, then on the old Circle el and then the Richmond Ave el!

Here is an updated transport usage map to show these changes (the original can be seen at the top of this page!)
