No...  it means that the words herein expressed may or may not be the views of Simtropolis, its staff or its dirktator, per se, according to the rules laid down blah de blah de blah ... but we kind of like this guy anyway, even if he is a bit of a rougish character and we sometimes have to roll our eyes and give him 'the look' and make him sit on the naughty step.  41.gif

Yeah, I see how it's fitting. 21.gif

Another logical interpretation. Probably the better one.

Okay, I almost said "interpenetration" there instead of :interpretation". Advice: beware of the spellchecker at 3:30 in the morning. What looks like the right option at a glance might not actually be right.

Not sure what that means, but these jumped at me from wikipedia:

The 37th president of the United States was Richard Nixon.

The atomic number of rubidium.

37 is the number worn by Tom Brady, Quarterback for the Patriots.

Personally, I would have made his label "18-1". 34.gif

But maybe that would have been a little mean.

EDIT: Hold on a sec, he already had a label. What was wrong with Faithfully Following Flying Elvis?42.gif

Revenge of the EDIT: Scratch that, looks like I misread the google results. Jersey 37 is someone named Rodney Harrison.

Okay, so much for that explanation.

Interesting. No support of Chinese characters by the forum software, so it's an image instead.

Also rather clashes, since the font is obviously not Verdana, and is substantially larger than 8.5 points.

MS Mincho does. As does the pretty much all-inclusive Arial Unicode MS.

Although, Verdana does not. Hence the problem.

Still, that's no excuse for it being oversized.

Do we even need an excuse to make it as big as we want? 3.gif

FYI, it's difficult enough to see the characters in that size. Shrinking it down any more would make it almost completely illegible.

ROFL, that'll teach you to complain. 3.gif Looks like your CML has been downsized, probably offended the admin who did Bixel's new one... 21.gif

Hmm, I don't have MS Mincho, and my Arial does have Latin, Cyrillic, Greek, Hebrew and Arabic characters, but nothing that looks Chinese - at least in the WinXP character map. I do remember seeing Chinese characters at SC4D, though, and I use Arial as default browser font, so you're probably right. 4.gif

The jpeg noise on your CML is priceless Duke. I say we keep that label on him. Nothing like using *.jpeg with less than 256 colors, eh?

Well... sure, why not?  Someone did take the time to give you that label, and even though its not custom, the awards each person received is customized.  So yes, it counts.  3.gif

Best,

Yeah, I noticed that yesterday when hunting down new medals. Mistake? Or intentional easter egg?
