I made a similar airport like Schiphol with a highway going under the taxiway:

Now... I like it so far... Is it scaled properly?? Where did you get the map from? Cause I found one in stex... But it was really off... How are you going to make the canals with the correct inclinations?? I'm just asking... You seem to have a really good idea of what u are doing hahaha, good luck!!!
