Hello. I wonder how to build something under bridge. I found this in Three Rivers Region CJ by dedgren.

I think those roads under the bridges are puzzle pieces (not part of the NAM) - I remember seeing them on the STEX quite some time ago.

It's an overhanging prop. You can find it on the STEX, just type in; "Petrouch underbridge road". Come to think of it,......I wonder if textures could be made to do the same?

Well, thanks. But it's only road. I still don't know how I can build pavement or harbour under the bridge. 4.gif

These walls Andreas? Marrast Embankments BSC

I've seen some new project which adds new ground under elevated highways and rail. Does anybody knows what mod it is?

That picture of the Three Rivers Region by CJ is sexy! I want to build an underbrige section just like that or something similar to the riverwalk along the Hudson river. Unfortunately, I am new to mods and bats but I am learning fast. My question is are these props and underbridge roads and parks functional? And, if so where can I get my hands on them......LOl!

What these underbrige roads do is "hiding" a regular road tunnel made underground the bridge, a way to "cheat the game"; although this is much easy to explain with a picture. Downloading the file Geronimo has linked above and reading its Read Me file will give you more info about this.

I have the road and ground highway underbridge sections by Petrouch. I haven't used them yet, but they work similar to the ones in the pic above.

    Hi,

Does anybody know if there is any underbridge lot with just a grass texture. I mean a lot that is like jeronijs modern concrete wall underbridge piece but with the normal maxis-grass instead of the concrete wall and without a fence etc.

    Thanks guys,

I wonder if the NAM could enable the piece and make it workable?

Because I realized that the original topic of this thread is somewhat different from what I'm looking for, I made this image to make things clearer:underbridgegrass.jpg

Maybe somebody knows if a lot like this exists and is able to help me out.

    Thanks.

You cannot build ANYTHING on the surface of under a bridge.. ALL PIC's that you see of this nature are accomplished with various "overhanging" lots..that is a lot placed NEXT TO the side of a bridge, but has a "texture piece" that laps under the bridge for the visual effect. One can make (and many examples exist) ANY TEXTURE to do this.. it will NEVER function as a traffic element... you can simulate this but not make a surface element there carry traffic without a custom piece. It can LOOK LIKE any traffic network, but will not be function... the only way to carry traffic under a bridge as you've pictured is with a "fake" texture over a tunnel or subway connection, etc. Otherwise it is only eye candy, not a network. You could make the surface LOOK LIKE anything in SC4 ..ie grass, concrete, walls, water, roadways, etc.. but the answer is still the same.. an overhanging visual image.

You CAN place mayor mode trees under a bridge.

And there are a lot of 'trees' that aren't trees but things like water or pavement or flowers and even airplanes and cars.
