hmm, the second one almost looks like a Maxis standard building. Sorry i can't help you with the first picture!

First one is another ks_jpn building, the second is the Rockefeller available at the official site. And if you have any other buildings that you can't find, post them here.

The first is the Rockefeller Center, you can get that here.

The second was made by a Japanese BATer, Ks_jpn. He used to have a website, you could download it from there, but it has gone offline for some reason.

Some of his stuff is on the STEX, but this one never made it.

Edit, I found the model. You'll have to make your own lot though.
