Looks pretty good overall, however that church in the 3rd to last pic looks a little barren around it. Maybe put some trees or something near it. Or if you like it that way, leave it, this is just my opinion.

Actually, it looks like you may be missing some dependancies...there aren't any base textures or props on the lot.

I like the variety of the last update, keep up the good work!!

    LAKEWOOD

This suburb is east of the canals.  Its population is around 5,000.  There's a shopping area off of the interstate exit that allows a bit of fun and variety for sims without having to go into River City.  Lakewood has its own high school so it doesnt have to intermingle with city residents.  It also has a nice lake 9.gif

yea fairly repetitive and not much recreation parks and stadiums.

other than that it has fairly good buildings and layout just needs a few more buildings.

Very nice! The Eiffel tower looks great from up close. The canals and the buildings look very cool. Although I think that the cathedral (the one from Barcelona) doesn't fit in. It's just my opinion.

Anyway you are doing great, i'm looking forward to seeing more!

Your city planning looks pretty good and i really like the historic downtown. I have a question, Does demand transfer between city tiles that have a seaport in both of them? With no road/rail connections, as i noticed that there was not a road connection to the tile you are developing (at least i didnt see one).

Todoo Afar: thanks, were you talking about River City and the other one in the corner?  If so, i think it might.  unless the interstate that connects the 2 cities transfers demand.  cause in the picture below it does seem as though some of the population is working somewhere else unless theres a bunch of jobless people in my city haha

Hope that answers your question a bit
