No road connection.

I get the car with the line through it a lot and I can't figure out why. I haven't found a definite answer for what this means. I've included a pic of a situation. It's got streets all around, but a bunch of squares that won't build anything. I don't understand why.

See that arrow? That has to be touching a road/street/avenue. Otherwise there is no place for the sims to get to their homes! (By the way, that car with the line through it is called a zot. )

Also if ypu want them to go away there is a cheat that will make them not be there anymore  To use it:

1. Type Ctrl+X a box will appear

2. type tasty zots and press enter

The zots will go away but the problem will still be there and you wont be able to see them the next time it happens.

Well, i'm not english, so i'm not sure to have understand. Sometimes i put something in a garden and i see the no road connection on it. And reading here i've see that i can no more see it. My question is, what i've to type? zots or tasty zots? Than whan i type Ctrl+x the box appear but when i press enter the box still here. Someone can help me? Thankyou

You should fix the problem causing the zots. I don't understand why you would turn them off...
