this is a file I cant find its called BSC PEG Texture Pack Vol 01 and when I click on it says locked and I need it for the parking lots for my petco,sears and such. Where do I find this file now?

@ NYfanatic: I'm not quite sure, but maybe you can find that file here: www.simpeg.com (u have to register) or it's part of a megapack now. but i don't know.

also on sc4devotion is a dependencia list. maybe you'll find it there.

Maxis Content Block - I've searched high and low and can not locate this mod that enables you to block all (or portions) of MAxis Content. Might I ask where can I find these underpasses (bottom of the screenshot)?

I know they're the marrast underpasses, but they seem to be stand-alone versions? The ones on the STEX are preset (i.e. road under highway, etc. you can't have whatever over it).

those are from marrast, u can find them on sc4devotion.com u have to register to use the LEX.

Go to the STEX and download the *NAM* , interchanges and lot of other network addons are found in there. Read all the readme's because you need to download some other files also, which will be specified in the readme's.

This is a standalone and is not part of the NAM. You have to connect a tunnel from one entrance to the other. Cars will not be visible as they travel in and out of the tunnel portals. However, these lots are fully functional and will pass traffic without any problems. (Transit Enabled)

elemented9, neither of those are what I am looking for. See, I would like to be able to place whatever I wish over the underpass. Like in that screenshot, suplado put portions of the air terminal over the underpasses. The two downloads you linked me to... the first one is not related to what I'm looking for at all, the second one is the same, roads/ave/rail are already over the underpass, thus I cannot put custom buildings/objects over it.

Well then I don't know what to do. I think your only options are to use the NDEX lots and to convert the street traffic to subway traffic. I think the building you have shown comes with the underpass.

Ffrom what I can tell, those are Marrast's underpasses, but the terminals overhang the rail/road/whatever on top, so you can't see it.

I may be wrong though.

TIR669: The diagnal streets are part of the NAM, which is in the Modds and Downloads area. I think the roads are part of the SAM (Street Addon Mod), which is on the STEX.
