That's a pretty... HUGE update!

Southern Flint turned out real nice... think this picture's my favorite though: 2970810470_a40dcd7506_o.jpg

That lake is very impressive, and the areas around it still look nice, even if undeveloped. Franklin's looking pretty cool too I must add.

And of course nice nightshots! 2.gif

One thought about those nightshots. "Utter darkness surrounds the little white dots like an army..." 4.gif

Amazing update! Uh oh, I see developments being abandoned, like what im seeing in my city! 9.gif Theres a new neighborhood cleared out on the hillside in my city, that is BARREN of houses, it's a shame. there are though like, some REALLY nice houses just dotting the streets here and there, with large gaps of nothing but weeds cause houses wern't built fast enough. Economy sucks doesnt it? Who thinks money should just die and be gone forever?

    mike~

EDIT: Coal? wow, join an alliance to develop cleaner energies and you go and start mining coal. Ironic hahaha. I have a coal mine on Lomni Island though, so I shouldn't be talking hahahaha. Would you like to do business? I can make your coal into steel products in my Industrial plants.

I've missed a lot in Flint it seems. I've caught up now though! Your terraces all look great as usual. I like the updates of all the AFDES named areas, especially Calder!

Flint is getting HUGE!!! And the AFDES thing Archean was mentioning, that made me laugh really hard!

How do you get your nightshots so dark? A photoeditor or is it your game?

    )

    deathtopumpkins: Yup good guess2.gif

    Sirunger: Thanks!

Well at last i give you a update!

We Pick up on the Tile border, just beyond this is Flint, but Development has stalled and nothing is around htis this.

    3019777635_17e2623a85_o.jpg

Then We start to His the town of Nipigon

    3019777323_417d92cc2d_o.jpg

A Overview of the Town, probably at this point the biggest commerance center outside of Flint.

    3019777513_68e6e2176c_o.jpg

Before the Flint economy started to go bad a large portion of this area was already cleared for development to start.

    Starting again

    3019777239_55450ea0c3_o.jpg

Though it may look like it went a little lazy it's actually the fact that many capital improvments for this tile as well others have been cancled dew to budget problems in Flint.

    3019777597_851328e988_o.jpg

    Another view.

    3020608994_ab822a2079_o.jpg

We enter downtown Nipigon, this area has thousands of jobs just on it's own, and is already a center for transportation, with a bus terminal, around 3 tram stations, and it's easy acsess by road.

Also from this picture you can see my grass lots, if anyone has anything like those, same texture, just it can work on slope please say!

    3020609048_41f49c3a20_o.jpg

This lowes employes many, but might be closing in the future cauing some worrys in the local market.

Now up the hill you see this development

    3020608356_6235a69dc5_o.jpg

    you also see the rhw

    3020608618_6bc092c169_o.jpg

Last Week inorder to make a stable budget the city ended the wall program for the meantime, a shocking move that the effects of can easily be seen. Let's go and see the rest of nipigon.

    3019777789_076d811217_o.jpg

    just north of downtown

    3019777147_ce6e22e06e_o.jpg

what would have been a new highclass area, though still very nice the lack of wall program, and the failure of futher development has taken it toll.

    3020608902_a2cc7fd8b8_o.jpg

The Northest area to develope for nipigon.

    3019777681_d1c6cf2742_o.jpg

This area was set to start developing, and the tree's were already cleared, but funding has fallen out, making the city lose much money.

    3019777087_e9a159d46e_o.jpg

This area with the roads was also set to become a forest preserve with trails and everything, but it has been put off.

    Now let's head to essen

    3019777543_b5a4163a3f_o.jpg

    aint it a wonderful area?

    3019777913_94f46d4cff_o.jpg

Well welcome to essen, for a smaller community this is probably the most hit with the crisis in the flint economy, no walls, failed developments, the freezed banking system has hit this very badly. But the community is know for it's nice people, and there is still a high demand for houses.

    3019777363_9620e04ef4_o.jpg

These are the olny windmills in the whole tile, this also showes the houses that could have been.

    3020608444_7550b8504d_o.jpg

Well now i give you the olny 2 nightshots

    3019777403_bcef72131e_o.jpg

    3019777707_703e78f85d_o.jpg

That concludes Part A of Update 13, thanks for coming!

Very nice area. i like the nipigon alot, but the glr looks a little wide. Those diagonal fillers (i believe) look like they add to much. May i suggest using the glr with out the white tiles when in the country side...sure you have to plop them but they do look a lot nicer. Anyway, good update and glad to see another part of Flint

    Dear Flint, Illinois:

We have recently heard your economy is going through tough times. We here at NAPCO Fuels are interested in building a refinery in the area around Flint

    this is our proposial

    122z2ue.jpg

Yellow is the refinery and purple is the port.

We'd also be interested in drilling for oil near Flint.
