How do I download a map and where do I place it?

I like this map but I don't know how to download it. And where do I place it in the computer folder? Thank you.

this only works if your map file is in jpeg or bitmap format. place it in any folder, preferably on your desktop. start a new region in simcity4 and then choose a name for it. then press ctrl+alt+shift+r then double click your jpeg or bmp file

What about when using the SimCity4 StartupManager?  Wasn't it created to streamline all these steps?  I know how to use it for individual addons/etc, but need a step-by-step using the StartupManager because the manual way doesn't work for me.

Do you have SC4 Terraformer? If not, get it from the mods section and read the tutorial in the OmniMaps section of the Omnibus.
