is it possible to have weather in SC4. I am just wondering because i have seen city journals that have rain and tsunamis and stuff.

The only weather you get is SUN. Almost like San Diego

There is a mod called the rain mod. All you have to do is plop the `rain plant` and you`ll get rain. You see I don`t know where it is...

There's also a modd on the game wher if your city is flat enough, you can see snow every Christmas.

However, there's also a cheat that lets you see snow year round.

Don't forget, you can see tornados.

but you don't see the snow falling.

only possibilities to have weather ingame is the rain modds and the tornado disaster. other than that, any weather seen on sc4 screens is added afterwards with a picture editing program
