cranes mod not working

i dont know why this cranes doesnt work after i installed them into my plugins folder in the documents in vista. what should i do? they keep bumping up the same cranes like maxis creation when a skyscrapers is under construction.

The cranes wont show up when the buildings get built. The cranes on the STEX have to be plopped to give the illusion of them being built in a different manner.

no, the problem is the crane wont show up during a growable construction appears. what should i do?

No, they won't show up when a growable building gets built. As far as I know, there is no mod that can change that, yet.

And if you mean that you want them to grow, check the readme or the download page, but I don't think that they will grow.

the mod doesnt have a read me, or instructions. i dont know what to do now. if there is any mod that can make the cranes realistic, please give me a link to it.

First of all, what you downloaded isn't a mod. It is a prop. There is a label on the description page telling you this. Props are used by you in the Lot Editor or as dependencies for lots others have made and uploaded to the STEX. To the question of mods for realistic cranes; none that I am aware of, and most likely due to how building construction is hardwired into the game.
