Hey, if you're plagiarizing as a 'tribute' then go ahead and steal some of my oak-framed pics from Skagit County or Loretto Valley! I give you my permission!

    New South Scotland...lol

I think those grain elevators look really ugly IMO. Try downloading the Rural Variety Pack on the Stex. Other than that it looks wonderful!

Nice airport, however, the runways need to be terraformed..

Also, that last picture is great. I like that idea with the train. And the region view is great too !

Oooooh, wow. I just got tried....TWICE! (that update you are talking about I think I got the idea from Adventures in New Urbanism)

Nice teaser, although that cityscape looks like it would be more fitting for a city of 50,000 or so!

chrissc94-Thanks and i hope i see you there

N106-Yes lots of ppl are looking forward to it! Thanks!

Raysfan16- no you go that update from Eureka under Suburban Development. BTW Ravenswood has 15,000 ppl not 50,000. taller buildings would appear if i have 50,000. Thanks for the comment!

    Hawkeye9-Thanks a lot hawk!

    Muck308-Thanks and welcome back!

    Teaser 8

Located 45 miles away Cardiff is the suburb of South Perth. South Perth extended the regional population to over 320,000! My goal is to get a regional population of 800,000 or so and have a city pop of 600,000. BTW Cardiff will not be located in Australia. I am making  up a ficional country called the Republic of Victoria. I feel like summer is almost over and i wonder if i will finish on time......

BUT i have been unhappy with the current terrian so i am starting Cardiff over on a Baltimore map. i wanted something with flat land and baltimore had it! the current region by SA was too hilly and i wanted something flat so i could have a city full of sprawl. you will see in a month or so. i will be playing sim city like crazy but with effort on building great cities! and here is a map for you:

    http://img269.imageshack.us/img269/1057/cardiffplan.jpg

Also cardiff wil not be located in Australia but on Vancouver Island which will change to the Republic of Victoria. I am sorry for changing everything again......

    stay tuned!!!!!!!!!

Nice night shot! If flat is what you want, that Baltimore region should be perfect. I like the plans you've developed so far; can't wait to see the end result!
