Looking For Plopable Buildings

I'm looking for good plopable commercial and industrial buildings with jobs, if they don't have jobs i don't want them. The reason for this is because its more ideal for a city i'm planning on building. 

I have found a few for the industrial section but most of the plopable buildings with jobs i found was in the commercial section and its mainly industrial i need now. This is my second post but i would like to add that this is an excellent site with really good addons.

I've already added a lot to my game and some things i don't use but like i have backed up and started removing from the plugins folder to help provent freezing and crashing problems in SC4. If anyone can help with this please can you let me know.

Well, if you've gotten all that you wanted from the STEX, you might try the LEX (SC4Devotion's exchange). The link is to the login page. You'll need to register to download. There are quite a few industrial items there. Hope this helps...

It always seems that the least amount of user-created buildings for SimCity are Industrial buildings, so good luck with your search

I think there is a big with ploppable Industrials.

This bugs makes the shipping trips longer causing abandonment. There is a similar bug with Residential ploppable lots.

Thanks for the warning, i had to reinstall my game it was acting strange no one would go to work, the whole city is connected via roads, trains etc etc and the commut times was ok till they stopped going to work, i also had loads of buildings been built that was parcels. Now i will only add what i think helps the game, like better schools, better garbage lots etc etc. Of course the April 08 Nam aswell.

Thanks for the warning again, i won't download any plopable buildings as i read either on this or another site that placing plopable buildings with jobs for industrail and/or commercial can give off false information.

I always assumed that to make ploppable buildings work correctly, you need a high amount of demand for those types of jobs/residents. I may be mistaken with how plopping works.
