East St. Catherine is home to a cruise ship terminal and the pier, so that's where we'll go in this update. The terminal offers cruises from Hypertrophy and Coulla and North America, and is a huge tourist center:

Le Tepua Royale docked at the terminal.

The same old rooftops of St. Catherine.

The Tepuans have to get their food from somewhere: this ship provides plenty of it.

The industries are dense due to the little land available.

Update time, today we will look at the city of St. Andrew, the main city on the island of Ra'amea. The city is the second largest city in Tepua Archipelago.

St. Andrew Bay, the yacht club, and the tallest building in the islands, Island Paradise Ra'amea.

St. Andrew Regional Airport with service to St. Catherine on Tepua Island 10x daily.

The rich med-style homes on a little spit jutting out of Ra'amea.

Good work on the rich homes, though I almost wish there was more building variety...your CJ'ing skills are too good for the Maxis buildings to do you justice, though they are quite appropriately selected, imo. I also like the hotels, and the small bungalows throughout the city.

I still very much love the color in your cj. Fantastic work. That blue tower in the first picture (god, what is it called, from the HKBAT Team) is one of my favorites. It's a great addition to the city and looks very appropriate next to the beautiful beach and marina.
