yea my school started 2 weeks ago, though luckly im not old enough to be killed by it, but still it really cuts into playing time.

We're all feeling the school time crunch. Whether it be in our own posts, or just this sudden mass drop of posts, its there.

Anyways, the Port Authority of Neo Essen has a proposal for Virgin Oil Company. Neo Essen is looking to upgrade its petrol processing facilities, and is curious to know if Virgin Oil Company is interested in the contract. Neo Essen also has a chronic shortage of oil, but ironically no one has even bothered doing exploration, of any kind.

So, to sum up the offer:

- Expand the Neo Essen refining capabilities.

- Expand the Neo Essen petrol terminal for increased capacities.

- Begin searches in nearby lands and oceans for petrol, natural gas, or whatever else happens to be out there.

My school started before labor day. In fact, it was sometime around August 11 or so. I was laughing at the TV people when they said that the kids were going back to school. Unfortunly, I got homework on the first day and everyday since then! It's amazing how much homework they give us, even compared to last year.

Actually, I have thought about that quite a lot, and talked to a few people, and something might come out of this soon... But not managed by me.quote>

wow this has turned into the homework thread, but what i find amazing is that homework for me thouhg taking time away is actually preety good, might even be better then last year. But i have to study for a spanish tonight

XD School started on Labor Day. I have started off with a great school year, like when I was a freshman... And I am one of the best students, I can usually manage to finish my homework within 2 hours... but I don't have very hard homework during the first two weeks of school. How's #23 going?

But school though cutting into my playing time, it's actually family that kicks the final nail, my brother is the person who at anytime can say he needs on, and you really dont have a say in it, and considdering the times it takes to load, ugh.

A CJ union? I am all for one between us. Cooperation would benefit all parties.

Let me see, the members if the union is formed would be Franklin County, Flint, and Yeptilla (and possibly New Follomer and Virgin Shores).

hmmm the people of flint are all for it, with are current rate of development this action would heavily benifit us, whether it be in trade, tourism, commercial development, ect.

Besides that the 4 of us, virgin shores, new follormer, flint, and franklin all have atleast some sort of deal inplace ( though flint and franklin dont) Besides that timemasters new cj could make a great edition in the future, and this offers alot of oppurtunities for our cj's.

well if it happens, and when or if you make a cj, sure. Though i think we should put some limit to the amount of cj's, again if it happens.

but what i find intresting is with out dtp making virgin shores the chance of this happening would have been very unlikly, atleast between all of us. 

This mage-deal you could would have alot of benifits, espically for the growth of our cj's.

Cooperation will be very beneficial to all members -- it'll bring more comments to the smaller ones, and benefit the larger ones with international efforts.

Well, that certainly got the thread active! I've been offline working on an essay for my english class, but I'm here now.

About chatting about a CJ Union: I might be able to secure a chat site for us. Anyone noticed the unofficial Cities XL live chat site? Well the guy who runs it, Romaq, and me have talked on forums for several years, and know each other pretty well, so I think I could get him to let us use his chat site (http://www.esperurboj.com/babili) for a little while to talk, though I guess a private topic would work just as well.

EDIT: I went ahead and took the liberty of setting up a private topic. The members list includes me, Ntq, TimeMaster, Patricius, un1, and Archean. PM me if anyone else is interested. Check your private topics after you read this if your name's on that list.

Well, since I last updated I've acquired somewhere around 100MB of new CC, so there's tons of new stuff. Also, I got some Maxis RCI blockers working, so there should be far fewer Maxis buildings.

Lol... yes I do have Architecture, and it is my favorite class. Sometimes is like reviewing how to combine furniture and entertainment centers that will appeal to others, or designing a small cottage etc. And... I am on that list??
