Heres some pics from my urban areas.

I got some inspiration from West Philly.

I find it pretty hard to get a whole city tile like this.

@ Marius: I really like your Harlem. Where did you get those buildings? All on STEX or did you make some?

^^ Some were from the Stex, but the majority were from SC4 Devotion. Search for a guy called "marcszar", I think u will like his work.^^

 I can't have ghettos in my cities since I use Radical One's demand modifier. I set it to suppress R$ demand, so I can only grow R$$ and R$$$, yet R$$ are starting to take over my capitol city.

@pipelad: Everything very un-nice, with a cool ghetto feel except one thing: those shiny BTM stations ruin all the atmosphere...

It was designed as a green, modern social housing project.

Heres some more pics of my ghetto. I finally got fed up with all those annoying red R$$ aparments taking over my city so I put the taxes for mid and high wealth at 20.00%

@mcarch: Usually, keeping R$$, R$$$ and CO taxes to the maximum (20%) and a large dirty industrial zone is enough...

@MariusBleek: The highways on your ghetto add a great character to the whole zone. Very, very (un)nice!

@mcarch: You don't even need a large heavy industrial force but just alot of R$ and some R$$ with a way to give them jobs. Be carful with taxes though. Altering one class seems to affect another. One of my cities was stagnated because of this.
