What do I have to do to get Dr. Wu's base?

For future reference, this sort of thread belongs in the "SimCity 4-General Discussion" forum.  Now, to get Dr. Vu's Area 5.1 Base you need to do the following UDI missions (in no particular order)

Pure Evil Ice Cream (Ice Cream Truck)

Spread Zombie Dust (Crop Duster)

Sell Secret Rocket Formula (Steam Train)

These missions got kind of tricky for me, so good luck, and enjoy your stay at ST!

This is really irrelevant, but it has annoyed me for a while, is it Area 5.1 or Area 51?
