My Sim Mode

Just some questions for the general sim population:

1) When is a good time to introduce a sim into your city or does it really matter?

2) Can these little sims help you to build, manage, or what ever else?

All they do is complain about how horrible their little lives are.

They could help to tell you how far it is to travel to work, but that can be done through the graphs ect. I don't see any point in them.

I find you can get the most use out of them if you put them in large buildings and then set the building on fire and watch them scream. you can also destroy there homes while there at work. thats a funny one. or move them into vacant buildings and then they have to keep running out as they colapse ^

I have done alot of disasters against my sims(mostly accidentally since I usually place them around the city to keep watch on my stats), earthquake, tornado, water pipe burst(I think they drowned somehow, I'll recheck that), Giant Robot(which I don't think killed the sim, just the house) and fire.

The my sim mod is just a rip off from the real sims. Just ignore them.
