went to the site.....but it still wont download.....was i suppose to save it or something....because clicking open doesn't do anyhing??

I seem to have a slight prob....i'm logged in to simcity.ea.com....but cant download the bldgprop vol1 and vol2....it says open or save. when i click open nothing happens, when i click save...it saves to my documents....and still wont open. Please save( lol) me....and thanx

Just some questions for the general sim population: 1) When is a good time to introduce a sim into your city or does it really matter? 2) Can these little sims help you to build, manage, or what ever else?

I downloaded the Network Addon- that went smoothly, but now when i try to download something else, i get a Caution Dialog Box stating "You are attempting to open a file of type 'Dat File'(.dat). Then it states "If you still want to open the file click Open With, otherwise, click Cancel. When i click Open With thats where i go to a Windows File Association.
