Cardiff are the blue birds

That would be Fulham Football club. They are doing badly in the premiere league. They will get relegated to lower division if they don't improve.

You got my vote too. Cardiff City seem to be more deserving - in the whole history of the FA Cup, the cup has only gone out of England once.

It's only gone out of England once because it's an English cup. Cardiff, Swansea, Wrexham, Merthyr, Newport County and Colwyn Bay are the only other teams that play and they only play because they choose to play in the English system.

On the other hand, hundreds of English teams compete, it's ours, and we're taking it back to Portsmouth. The stories of Welsh fans spitting on the statue of Bobby Moore makes my blood boil.

Congrats to Pompey. Deserved to win it. But now on Wednesday, Man Utd vs. Chelsea in Moscow....

Kudos to Portsmouth for winning after so long - and also the team's first appearance in Europe next season. Now they are going against league champions Manchester United once again for the Community Shield (which will be bitter sweet revenge for United).

The match was okay, but I got pretty bored after the only goal. Fan support I thought was a bit quiet for the majority of the match with occasional chants of "Who are ya?"  

Now that the second big football event is over, my attention has turned to the even bigger match on Wednesday. What a clash that's going to be.
