Modular Storage System Support

I'll try my best not to turn this into a showcase thread, but I had to show my first Module Storage area and congratulate you on a job well done!  I love how the textures and BATs line up so well!

This MSS area is right at home with a commercial district and freight depot nearby:

A few little ideas, it's completely up to you what you want to make for updates though:

1.)A single tile version of the storage areas

2.)Some truck parking area lots

3.)Maybe a blue version?

Other than that it's a pretty sweet idea, like I said I LOVE module stuff!

The Blue version is under construction, along with new fences. I'll add the truck parking as well, that way it can double as a truck rental place.

I have no problem with folks showing off what they have done with my BATs / LOTs, it helps me come up with new ideas.

I'm having some trouble getting the base textures weathered looking, but will keep working on it.

I'm working on a dirtier set of cinder block fences as well, and some graffiti for them.

As many may have noticed, I have re-released the first set of MSS lots.

Please make sure you remove any old lots and files before installing these.

If you discover any problems, please let me know.
