Yeah those inside details are pretty snazzy. This is a neat project. It is something I have considered doing too but my skills are way too limited yet to take on such an undertaking. My suggestion as to what this building should be would be either the computer science building or some professional faculty. It has been my observation on most campuses that these faculties generally have the newest buildings because they are the ones attracting private sector donations. It is the arts and humanities that are busy plodding away in their 1960s/1970s era hovels.

One small tip: 'dirty' your textures a little.

It looks a bit too clean, if you know what i mean..

Yeah those houses are terrific. Bright colors, but done in a very tasteful and believable way!
