1. Why is this thread here in Modding - Open Discussion? It's hasn't really got anything to do with modding SC4, I'd of thought Architecture & Urban Planning would've been better.

2. Why has it been bumped to the top of the forums listings, even though nihonkaranws made the last post way back in '08?
