Hi I've never been to Moscow but it seems lovely, I've always wondered about the architectural styles in

    a.) the city centre

    b.) the suburbs

Is there more classical architecture? More modern? Communist remnants?

What does the architecture look like? I've always wondered.

I hope you can provide some pictures 4.gif

fantastic you have quadrupled my soviet industry photo album right there... thankyou very much, my other main interest is traditional stalinist architecture, mainly in the guise of midrise office types and w2w environments.... rather than the usual seven sisters stuff that can be seen anywhere.... thanks in advance....

The pictures numbered 4-9 to 4-12; did they build on top of old buildings, or were they designed that way from the start?

Wow, great pictures. I love all the Moscow Metro stations, they're like palaces .

Thanks for gathering them putting them up here. Moscow looks like a lovely place, I do hope to visit one day.

I can't wait to see your next set of pictures, Silur, I'm sure you've got something wonderful in store.

If it isn't too much trouble, do you think you could post some pictures of the Russian countryside? That would be

    interesting to see. Thanks!
