I'm a Simcity player for a while now. It all started with Simcity 2000 when my dad bought it for me together with my very first computer. Now years later I've discovered the STEX site. This made SimCity very very interesting for me. With everything I downloaded from the site I wanted to create a city to put it online and find out what people think about it. Raycan Republic is an fictive island in the Pacific Ocean (I love the climate) The big idea is to create one of those financial paradises you find in the Cara

You should have included some pictures or atleast an introduction with information but the name sounds interesting enough. I'll have to see where you go with this.

Also, if you haven't already, check out [this guide] to creating a city journal.

Thnx alot for all the reactions, really appreciated.

    >Edmonton: I was looking for a more concrete color as are often seen in tropical places, but you're right a slightly darker color would do better.

For ther water... I was affraid that it would be too much, but I guess it's ok by your reactions. (Photoshop, select water, and use "ocean ripple" as filter... abracadabra)

Thnx again people, I'll update Raycan Republic soon. I'm currently figuering out a nice story (fictional) about the history of the Island and I'll give you more inside info about every city and it's culture. But pictures are the most importand so I'll provide.

    bye
