Thnx alot for all the reactions, really appreciated. >Edmonton: I was looking for a more concrete color as are often seen in tropical places, but you're right a slightly darker color would do better. For ther water... I was affraid that it would be too much, but I guess it's ok by your reactions. (Photoshop, select water, and use "ocean ripple" as filter... abracadabra) Thnx again people, I'll update Raycan Republic soon. I'm currently figuering out a nice story (fictional) about the history of the Island and I'll give you more inside info about every city and it's culture. But pictures are the most importand so I'll provide. bye

I'm a Simcity player for a while now. It all started with Simcity 2000 when my dad bought it for me together with my very first computer. Now years later I've discovered the STEX site. This made SimCity very very interesting for me. With everything I downloaded from the site I wanted to create a city to put it online and find out what people think about it. Raycan Republic is an fictive island in the Pacific Ocean (I love the climate) The big idea is to create one of those financial paradises you find in the Cara

I would go for LA. Just because there's no other city that is so much loved and hated at the same time. I haven't read that somone didn't liked Frisco even when they prefered LA. Be honest, we love to hate LA and we sure hate to love LA, but we ain't got no choice. btw those two cities can't compete, US powerhouses, CalifornI.A. baby!!!

Man, you're very sick being able to build a city like this. U really inspire me to spent a whole day just playin' and even forget 'bout sleepin' and eatin'. How much time do you spent on building Hong Kong daily. If it's less than 10, I should start building my city ASAP. Fo' real man, u own this, You the man. (You are a man right??)
