Simville business and entertainment hub at night (Disclaimer: This is made through extensive use of Buggi's Extra Cheats Plugin. I do not know how to build a city past a small town through normal gameplay without going completely bankrupt. Hopefully that doesn't ruffle any purists' feathers).

Also quick shoutout to @EvansRE4 and their "The Beginnings of a New Downtown' CJ for the inspiration for the layout of the downtown section nearest to the Stadium and accompanying Stadium Village.
