No.  This city is completely fictional.  Unfortunately, I've spent over half of my life in this state and it's largest city is about 120,000.  The whole state's population is about 3/4 million people.

Nice pictures, If only SD had the population and such a city center even tho I think it should be in Sioux Falls But im a bit Biased. I would like to see what you can do with the river front and rural landscape. Good Job!
