Can tell me someone how to get these funny little windows with the journal advertising. These with the glitter and that stuff. I don#t know how to get these. I'm from germany and I have to say, understand englisch slang is very difficult especially in the description how to make a city journal.

i don't think according to that picture it wouldn't take very long to make a 'city ' like that ....

But like anarchy said you should add water pumps en power plants ..otherwise it won't grow

I don't know, i play sc4 for 3 years but now suddenly when i plop buildings with jobs and let the city play some big residentals grow but then suddenly the demand gets to 0 nothing, although i have over 20.000 co jobs.

And when i let industry grow there is no change!

I need Help what should i do to get a real city that is growing normally???

There are ordinances called increase commercial service/commercial office/agriculture/industrial demand. And what OffTopic says.

Also, can you use jpg instead of png? It's hard to see with pngs.

AndreNolde, you are much better off not plopping your commercial buildings, you have NO demand for skyscrapers. First build up you city with medium density, them make a high density downtown.

My friend, multi-lane avenues are generally photoshoped. As for the Rural Highway, you will need the ANT plugin from the Nam to run it. The rural highway mod is currently being updated, I don't think you can download it. I will email it to you if you really want it.
