I think it would be a good idea to have separate sections on the STEX for Sim City 4 and Sim City Societies releases, because I presume the buildings won't work in both games.

It will probably be a while before any buildings come out for SCS, because I am not aware of any modeling programs that have a plugin for the game. Most of the custom content will be custom images for streets, and textures for other things.

Not necessarily.  I remember hearing that the game was supposed to have all the buildings coded in XML, which would make it possible to modify the buildings fairly easily if you knew what you're doing.

Even if it only for textures, it would be nice to have the content separated. I agree it would be nice to have the content separated between SC4 and SCS.

Those can be found around any toothsome garbage pail around my area.  I live in the woods, and you have to put your garbage out at 6 a.m. Monday (for pickup at 0700) so the little darlings can't get into it.  We had one lady here who actually fed them, but they have moved, thank God.

We have all the usual boreal forest creatures including coyotes, raccoons, foxes, squirrels, chipmunks, possibly black bears, and faintly possible cougars and lynxes.  And lots of deer, but no moose since we are not far enough north to be in their range.
