nice downtowns! like Adrianor, I'm wondering if highrises were plopped on most of these. If they were grown, my question is how do you manage the traffic around them? And what traffic simulator you use?

My thing is, getting a mega high-rise to grow is both a boon and a curse - it looks pretty and drives up customer traffic in the area but at the same time a challenge to get traffic manageable before sims complain!

For me, a mix. The tallest, most unique buildings are plopped though, I remove the growable versions of "landmark" buildings so that they don't pop up where I don't want them. Mostly everything else is grown though, demolishing repeats.

Here are some pictures of the City i'm currently working on, now i'm finishing the outskirts. Nothing special, and i dont plop buildings except my 2 hotels . The City center is pictured facing the central park. I had alot of Pesky bank of America's become grown, even though the # of jobs is welcome, the style did not fit at all. Heres a larger Picture at night. There is a second city center on the other sector of the city, but more residential then commerical in that section. Hope you like them , its my second large city. (Ooops the cities name is Tropical Breeze )
