this cj has been reviewed and a very good one to and Ive adressed the problem by taking grid lines off today and also the city Im working on at the moment will take a while as its over 2 sqaures so it may be quiet over here for a while after this.

OK everyone Im about halfway on building the city but the hard bit is done as the next bit invoolves alot of plopping so not hard. But I have cooked up a preview for you all unfortunately it dosnt want to do a rain effect. Anyone whos got Paint.Net here any help?

I have paint.net but I don't know how to do effects with it. All I do is crop and paint over cars!

Secondly, I use Paint.Net. And I can make you a rain tutorial. I don't know if I have enough time to make a tutorial during the week, however. If no one else gives you a tutorial by Friday night, PM me and I'd be glad to.
