Why hasn't been some rewards offered?

I meet the requirements for the Bureau of Bureaucracy, but it hasn't been offered to me. I also have only 1 private school (over capacity) with 145000 inhabitants in my city? why is this? Does anyone know?>>

Well.. are you sure your education and health system are fiting the requeiriments?

what do U mean by requirements? My health and education facilities are all funded over their usage (hope U understand what I wanted to say:-)

but there is a rating requeiriment... make sure your whole city is happy with their education and hospitals, not the richest part only.

Yeah, check your stats and demographics to make sure you really met the requirements. There's no other reason you shouldn't have been offered the reward.

looks like I have a high education and health grades all around the city, and what about that private school, could this be caused by a "small" amount of high wealth residents?

I believe the private school is only offered if the public schools are not performing well and there is enough wealthy residents in your city to "fund" it.

For the Bureau of Bureaucracy, I'm not sure why it hasn't been offered yet.  I believe the conditions need to be meet for several months.  Maybe you are on the border line and the conditions for the reward are not being meet consecutively over several months.  You could try several of the U-Drive-It missions to unlock the reward without having to meet the conditions.

well, I figured it out and for those who are as obtuse as me and dont know why the bureau is locked, your funding has to be around that white line, here is a  picture

but I still dont know whyare those private schools locked

Make sure you don't have the remove rewards mod installed that could obviously have a major impact. I've always maxed out my funding for civics except for police (due to rioting for being too cautious).

djlee I have only the NAM, no other mod, so... By the way, how does your financial situation look like with such a spending. If I maxed the funding I would quickly come to a bankruptcy :-)

To get the private schools you're public schools need to be under-funded and you need a high population of R$$$.
